John is an insurance lifer. He started in the industry the day after he graduated from Colby College in 1983. He spent ten years with Plymouth Rock Assurance Corp. before starting his own agency, Corporate Group Insurance (CGI) with his wife, Kathy. In 2001 John purchased Columbia and merged CGI into it. In addition to his wife of 37 years, John has two daughters, Jackie & Janie and four granddaughters, Abby, Brienna, Remy and Lola. Through the years John has coached everything from 6 year olds in soccer to elementary school basketball to high school football. He looks forward to watching his grandkids play.
