Jonathan joined Columbia in 2019 as the Office Manager after spending the past 6 years managing over 100 employees at multiple call center locations in the financial industry. With more than 15 years’ experience in leadership roles and proven success along the way, his veteran approach to managing teams shines through. Jonathan and his wife Karina have been together for 18 years and three beautiful daughters. When not working, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family and their two exotic breed cats, Lia and Blu. He’s thrilled to be part of the Columbia family and looks forward to expanding his knowledge and experience within the insurance industry.
